Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available if the item you received is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive the wrong size, color, or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • In most cases, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • For sizing issues due to customer error, exchanges may be possible, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

📌 Example: If you ordered black sneakers but received white ones, we’ll send the correct pair at no cost to you.
